As a family-owned small business, we appreciate your support. And as (slightly obsessed ;) craft-lovers, we’re beyond excited to be a part of your creativity. Putting our customers first means more than just a commitment to quality and selection. It means standing behind our products and making returns as easy as possible. As easy as visiting our Returns Center, entering your order info, and receiving a return shipping label!
- A return must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. We will not be able to accept returns once the return window has passed.
- We offer completely free returns for any damaged items
- We offer completely free returns for orders that are refunded to store credit
- If you’d like a refund to your original payment method, you’ll be refunded minus the return shipping costs.
- Unfortunately, we can’t offer returns on international (outside the USA) orders.
- Gift cards are not refundable. (But they're just like Woodpeckers cash!)
